Clean hotel with comfortable bed. Some traffic noise from road outside. Unfortunately walls between rooms are paper thin and we had a dividing door between us and the next room so we could hear everything the noisy man in the next room did. Staff at reception are diamonds! Spoke English well and were extremely helpful with everything. Breakfast buffet was plentiful, varied and very nice food. Useful place to stay if sightseeing Pisa and Florence as trip on train not that long.

Bello come sempre. Tutto perfetto. Gentili, onesti, cortesi. Ottimo servizio.

Di notte, davanti all'hotel, mi hanno rotto il finestrino dell'auto per rubarmi qualcosa. Per fortuna l'allarme ha funzionato e il portiere è subito accorso. Di conseguenza, i ladri se ne sono andati a mani vuote. È un problema diffuso a Viareggio e, come mi hanno raccontato alcuni residenti, succede ogni notte. Quindi vi consiglio di parcheggiare nel garage dell'hotel: lì l'auto è più al sicuro.
