Days Hotel Batangas

The hotel was old, the carpets were smelling. The TV was not working and it was an old box type TV. The staff were friendly but there was nothing they could do to make out stay better because all the rooms were run down and old. I won't recommend this hotel.

Short walk to large SM mall. Close to restaurants and shops. Plenty of local transport at front gatew

Hotel staff very accommodating. Hotel lobby ac not working. Room carpet was so filthy. Good breakfast.

Not many hotel options unfortunately. Every time we stay there it gets worse. Shower doesn't work, headboard on bed sitting on nails fell on my daughter's legs.very easily could have been our heads when sleeping. A/C blowing cool but not cold made it hard to sleep at night. They missed a wake up call which caused us to run late to the airport. Tried to put us in a smoking room when we requested no smoking. Unfortunately i could go on. It's very sad the hotel could be a beautiful place to stay if they fixed it up and got new management. It's at a great location which is the only reason why we stay there but i think it maybe the last time.

good location next to SM City Mall, Wifi and pool were not up to scratch nor is it like the photos on the web much older looking but was happy with the stay.... just wish all hotels will work on their wifi everyone needs wifi these days and it is not a big deal to set up a router and wifi extenders....

The hotel have nice staff, its nice because it is close to the mall and the church. Facilities are a little old but they are ok.

Close to the SM shopping mall which suited our family. Hotel staff were really helpful and friendly. The Hotel owners should spend some money and upgrade the carpeted areas, they were less than clean in appearance. Smoking should not be allowed in any room or public area given the health concerns in our present day.

Arrived in Batangas tired from traveling all day. Hoping to arrive at a place that was comfortable and clean. Instead arrived at an moldy smelling, old, rundown hotel. Smell of the hallways and rooms was nasty. Parents and my nieces who also stayed with me were very upset and disappointed at the accommodations. First night we were placed in a room facing the front. Problem was a live concert was happening in one of the buildings in front of hotel. Could not sleep from all the noise. We were told that it happened every Friday and Saturday night. The good thing was that they moved us to a room in the back so following night we were able to sleep. Really disappointed on the amount I paid for the rooms. Rooms in Makati, La Union, Bohol, and Boracay were cheaper and same price, but 100 times better.

Early evening the room smelled of sewer order all night and the hotel could do nothing to fix it and they claimed they could not move me to another room because they were full.
