Wi-fi connection always get down for few seconds , then works again, atleast to me. Very noice, even with windows closed, but this is happens everywhere in catania because of heavy traffic.

The best was that it was very clean.

1. I wanted to check-in after possible time so hotel texted me that I have to pay extra 20 euro. I wasn’t problem for me. I told them the exact time of my arrival , I kept them informed while i was bording etc. it ended that I had to stay in rain for 30 minutes under hotel and wait for receptionists. So I paid 20 euros extra for standing at 1:00 in middle of Catania. 2. when we arrived lock to the bathroom was broken (it wasn’t problem for us). Hotel wanted us to let someone get in to our room in random day to repair it. we had to say no twice because they were insisting on doing that. 3. rooms are terribly loud, hard to sleep at night. The AC is very loud, fridge in room was very loud. but the worst was that people in room next to us were very easy to hear. when they used water in toilet I heard like it was right next to my head ( when I tried to sleep).

Everything was fine

It was a bit far from everything, but it had the beach pretty near.

Staffel was nice and forthcoming.

Very loud surroundings, you can hear honking cars all day long. No possibility to hang wet cloths from the beach.
