The hotel is 1950 meters away from the beach, and there is a free shuttle in front of the hotel every 20 minutes. Beach shuttle and services are offered between 01 May and 31 October. Animation / live music / performance / shows are available between 01 April - 31 October. Our à la carte restaurants are free of charge only once for stays of 7 nights or more. Reservation is required 1 day in advance. Outdoor facilities may not be available or activities can be postponed due to weather conditions. Guests are required to present the credit card that was used to make the booking upon check-in. Guests that used third party credit cards must present a scanned copy of the card and an authorization letter with the a copy of the card holder's passport. Guests that fail to submit the above will be charged again and must pay up front for the full payment of their stay. The previously charged amount will be refunded to the credit card that was used originally. When booking more than 7 rooms, different policies and additional supplements may apply. A prepayment deposit via 3D secure system is required to secure your reservation according to payment and cancelation policy of your reservation. The property will contact you book to provide instructions. WINTER CONCEPT (01.11 - 31.03) The indoor swimming pool is heated throughout the winter season. Alcoholic beverages are served until 00:00. Non-alcoholic beverages are available 24 hours a day. The outdoor swimming pool with 5 slides is heated during the winter season. Our À la carte restaurants are open; however, service hours may vary depending on demand and cannot be guaranteed. Service hours and locations may change or be cancelled depending on weather conditions and the decision of the hotel management.Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in.
