"Overall the stay was good. The staff at the front desk was excellent ."

The 2chairs and small table were not good. The desk chair on wheels was unsafe to sit on. To use the lounge chair we had to use a pillow to make it comfortable. The small round table was basically useless.

"Not a good choice unless you really like living next to the lake"

Pretty good location, Next to the lake and has a beautiful park downstairs!

Bathroom was leaking and the drain had issues. Booked a lake view room but when I came they said it was not available. Decoration in the hotel looks like 90s. $1700 for three nights is expensive. Service and facility is so so.

"We enjoyed our stay, the location is excellent and the staff are great."

The waterfront location is beautiful, the staff very friendly and the restaurant is fantastic. The beds are very comfortable.

The towels in our room from the face cloths to the hand and bath ones were incredibly rough and scratchy. Actually very concerning to use.
