AC Hotel by Marriott San Jose Santa Clara

Published mealtimes were incorrect.

Ice machines do not dispense cubes, crushed not appropriate for drinks. TV controls too complicated. Need Better lighting in bathroom for makeup application. Desk chair needs wheels. Room needs a more comfortable chair for lounging.

This felt like a luxurious getaway for the few days I’m here for a conference. This is the second Marriott I have ever stayed in (other one is in DC) I will choose Marriott for all my trips from now on.

Staff weren’t great, the staff closed the pool area early with no flexibility. Unexpected charge for parking

Wonderful experience at AC hotel, clean elegant and comfortable

The hotel is modern with a spacious lobby area which is also used for breakfast. The staff were always eager to to meet our needs and went out of their way to assist us.

The room layout is a little unusual with no separate bathroom just an area off the bedroom studio-style. The room we had was not really conducive to relaxing in the evening.
