What price I reserved the rooms for, were changed at the hotel. They said there was nothing they could do about it, that it was Expedia’s issue that the price raised. So, I am not very happy about the checkout process at the hotel and with Expedia. If you aren’t going to commit to the reserved price that people pay for, then don’t have a price on your website.

"Buen hotel pero tener cuidado en servicio"

Me cobraron un más de lo que indica la pagina de hoteles.com, indicando que ese es el monto correspondiente y que era el precio que se tenía que pagar. NO contaban con el servicio de snack en habitación gratis como indica en el anuncio y tampoco me ofrecieron el servicio de desayuno buffet el 1 de enero (trataron de compensarlo con un servicio a la carta). Mala experiencia en ese sentido, pero por lo demás todo bien.
