Property is Fantastic and the view incredible. It is worth to visit this place.

Can be noisy when you have neighbours as the walls are very thin. Bed could be more comfortable.

Wunderschöne Villa mit großem, gepflegtem Gelände und Pool. Die Lage ist ruhig und der Blick aufs Meer einfach traumhaft. Unser Zimmer war sehr geräumig, stilvoll und authentisch – man spürt den besonderen Charme der Villa aus dem 17. Jahrhundert. Es war alles vorhanden, was man für einen komfortablen Aufenthalt braucht. Das Personal war aufmerksam, freundlich und sehr hilfsbereit. Ein perfekter Ort für einen erholsamen Urlaub in Montenegro.

Es gab nichts zu beanstanden.

Everything was superb. This is truly a beautiful place with amazing staff, facilities, architecture. I have nothing negative to say, for a change. 😂

De locatie overtrof al onze verwachtingen: het uitzicht, hoe mooi de tuin is, de faciliteiten, zowel binnen als buiten. We voelden ons echt verwend. Mocht een 11/10 mogelijk zijn, dan was het nog te weinig.

Wie vindt dat hier iets tegenvalt, heeft een groot probleem.

Absolutely everything. This is such a relaxing and luxurious place to spend your holiday. The property is stunning, with incredible views and fabulous facilities-the pool, various seating areas and lovely grounds were so tranquil and comfortable. The rooms are beautiful (we had the suite which is amazing with a fabulous bathroom and gorgeous views from the balcony. We were very spoilt by all the lovely, friendly staff who made us feel very welcome and were always on hand to deal with any questions. Last but not least, as a few other guests have mentioned, the breakfast is incredible-a lovely variety of local sweet and savoury food that changes each day and lots of it. Practically, the property is very well located for Lake Skadar (about 25-30 mins drive) and the nearest beach (Sutomore) is 5 mins by car, was very nice (pebbles) and had good restaurant options (would recommend Wave as the food was good, reasonable and lovely waiting staff). Budva, Petrovac and Sveti Stefan were all nearby as well. A few guests have mentioned the road to the property. We didn’t have any issues. It is narrow and fairly steep, as are quite a few roads in Montenegro, but it was absolutely fine to drive up and down.

die Lage ist top (of the hill) mit wunderschönen Blick über die eingewachsene Anlage über das Meer, wunderbarem Sonnenuntergang. Auf der gesamten Anlage sind 17/18 Betten, der Altbau soll ca. 200 bis 300 Jahre alt sein, venzianische Villa. Hauptsächlich wird das Anwesen für Events gebucht wie Hochzeiten oder Abschlussveranstaltung einer Rally eines fernöstlichen Autoherstellers u.ä.. Rezeptionistin, Inhaber, Gärtner/Hausmeister und Roomservice alle sehr nett, 16 Liegen/fat boys auch für den Pool, im BBQ-Bereich offener Kamin zum grillen, genauso wie Gasgrill, riesenlanger Tisch, wenn an den Stirnseiten je zwei sitzen für insgesamt 18 Personen, Loungebereich mit 17 Sitzgelegenheiten. Riesengroßer Veranstaltungsraum, sollte es mal nicht so schön sein, also Events bei jedem Wetter. Eigener Kräutergarten, Zitrus- und Olivenbäume, Zypressen, Hollywoodschaukel am Grundstücksende an dem es dann steil nach unten abfällt. Wir waren in der ausgehenden Saison und haten das gesamte Anwesen in drei von vier Nächten für uns alleine! Schon wenn man auf das Anwesen zufährt, leichte Anhöhe, dann wenn die Einfriedung mit elektrischem Tor erscheint noch knapp 100 Meter nach vorne, fünf Meter nach unten; langsam gefahren ist das Tor so weit aufgegangen, dass direkt auf den gekieselten Parkplatz (8/9) Stellplätze eingefahren werden kann.
