The Stamp Hotel

The location was good for the beach, a short walk. We were able to access our rooms early, which was very welcome after not sleeping on the bus from Bangkok. The rooms were a good size, they were very clean, with a small fridge and air con. We were only there for two nights.

There was a slightly unpleasant smell in one of the rooms, coming from the toilet / shower room.

The staff at the hotel were wonderful! They were so nice and helped us with everything we needed

The room was spacious, lots of natural light, very clean and really nice. Its close to the walking street but rooms are quiet. Room was cleaned every day and staff was helpful and kind.

Water pressure is not amazing but it does the job.

From the outside the Stamp hotel looks like a little shop, that's where you check in. Head around the corner, and up some stairs, and you'll see a communal kitchen with free tea & coffee facilities, dining table, some books, and a microwave. The room was lovely, and it is the only hotel i stayed in that gave you 4 pillows instead of 2! The little reading/lounge nook by the window was such a nice touch. The location is great, just a short walk to the beach. The staff were very accommodating. I had an injury during my stay and was unable to walk, they brought me up some ice, and assisted me with booking my travel for my next destination.

The stairs to the rooms is quiet steep, which made it difficult after my foot injury. There are no phones in the room, so after my injury i couldn't find a way to contact the hotel to ask for assistance, as i had no calling option with my travel sim. I managed to find a WhatsApp number for the hotel on their Facebook page, and they helped from there. There were some ants in the bathroom, and on the window nook, but this didn't really bother me.

Modern rooms, enough space. They were clean and air con was good. Location was close to 7-eleven and close walk to the beach. Staff were nice and helped us with booking our transfer and renting a bike!

The bed was quite hard and walls/doors were thin so you could easily hear people outside at night. Especially since it it located near pubs, you can hear the people coming back. The shower also was angled awkwardly, but we didn’t find this a problem so much.

Very large room. Everything that i needed was present at the hotel. Had a litlle balcony that was nice and little sitting place was also a really nice addition to the spacious room already. next to the centre but still quiet

Had to lift my heavy suitcase up the stairs but the employee helped me!
