Casa do Conde

Casa caratteristica e in ottima posizione. Host gentili e premurosi, ottima accoglienza di Ricardo che ci ha dato delle utili informazioni. Quartiere tranquillo. Pur non essendoci aria condizionata non abbiamo sofferto il caldo. Il.bagno è piccolo, ma lo sapevamo e a noi non ha creato particolari problemi. Per noi che abbiamo passato 3 notti a Lisbona é stato perfetto.

Joanna was a fabulous host and could not have been more helpful and kind. She met us at the property, carried our cases up the stairs, and gave us a welcome bottle of wine with cheese and biscuits. Fresh ground coffee was also available. She provided useful information about Lisbon and was happy for us to contact her with any questions. She also came to help us with our cases when we left. The apartment was in a very good location for the metro so it was easy to get around. The beds were very comfortable and the rooms were light and airy.

The bathroom is very small and would be better as a wet room.

Joana is a fantastic host, very kind and professional. The apartment is nice and clean. We really liked it.

The size of the bathroom is really uncomfortable for a tall person like me. Extremely small which was a big turn off. The beds were not bad, but could use an upgrade.

Location was great and near a train station and bus stops, easily walkable to any main areas. Host was so friendly and helpful before our stay and whilst we were there! A really good little apartment for 2 people to stay - possible more but would be quite tight! It was perfect for us as tourists for a few days. Amenities in the flat were good.

Very loud beds when I roll over in the night, probably not going to be good if you stay with a couple

The location was exellent if you like to explore Lisbon. The host is outstanding - she made everything what a guest could even think about!

The bathroom is small, however for a shorter trip managable

Very close to Metro. Great restaurant across the street. Small corner store a few steps below. Nice neighborhood.

Need to provide hand towel in bathroom. Need to provide dish towel in kitchen. Very very bad sewer smell from bathroom. The drain cover is loose and should be securely closed to prevent this. Ultra small and awkward bathroom. Showering is a challenge.

Location is central, very close to Intendente metro station, at a walking distance from the city center. Everything was spot-on, so I'll come back with the first chance I'll get :).

the host is very friendly and helpful. location is good, beds are comfy and clean. welcoming vine and cheese.

it's not something that could be fixed... very old building, toilet and shower is extremely tiny. Generally all fine and If the price would be cheaper - would rate better, but for my trip dates it was too expensive comparing to quality.
