Broken toilet, leaking sewer gas in to the room number 111, disgraceful customer service, did not even offer to change my room. I will never stay at a Holiday Inn for the rest of my life ! !!

I have stayed at this Holiday Inn Express seversl time now, it is always a pleasurable stay. The rooms are clean, the front desk staff are friendly and polite. There are several place around to eat, and convenient to highway.

This is our preferred hotel when traveling to Denton for our UNT student. My only complaint this trip was that, despite being gone all day, our room never got cleaned and we had to ask the front desk for fresh towels and almost ran out of TP between four of us.

The gentleman who prepared and kept up the breakfast buffet was super friendly and helpful! He went out of his way to make sure that my daughter and I had everything we needed to enjoy a good breakfast. We enjoyed the breakfast immensely.
