Låg väldigt centralt. Rent och rymligt för priset. Fanns i princip allt man behövde.

Låg på bottenplan så fönstrena öppnade ut mot trottoaren vilket gjorde att det kändes osäkert att sova med öppna fönster, vilket i sin tur gjorde det extremt varmt på nätterna fastän man hade fläkt på.
