Friendly Fun Vallarta Different Experiences - All Inclusive

We loved our stay here. We requested a higher room floor when we booked. Often I feel like these kinds of requests fall on deaf ears so had low expectations but when we arrived, they checked us into the highest floor, and we were delighted. Amazing views of the entire bay and saw many whales right from our balcony. We are not pool people but my wife fell in love with the “tanning area” at the end of the pier which for the most part was peaceful hearing the waves just out from us. I enjoyed being able to use a kayak. We both enjoyed the food and the cappuccino and hot chocolate each morning. We found the staff as a whole super friendly. My wife especially liked the way Cesar mixed her margaritas and I appreciated Paco’s handling of my custom pasta dishes in one of the main restaurants. Grateful for the opportunity to stay here and meet these wonderful people.

Great location on the beach, selection of five reastraunts, about four heated pools, two hot tubs, beach views from my room, staff was super friendly and helpful, Eduardo at the activity desk had a good selection to choose from, daily made service with very friendly maids, etc...

My vacation came to an end. :(

Bartenders of the all-inclusive service (specifically at the pool areas) were fantastic. Also room cleaning service staff was very good and friendly.

The food in 3/4 restaurants (with the exception of the build-your-own-taco restaurant) was sub-par. All fruit drinks had high sugar content (bad for kids). The staff overwhelmingly was speaking Spanish only.

Our room service attendant was very nice and did excellent work.

Pointless hot tub policy for minors. Hard to know ahead of time what activities to plan for the next day. Food safety was a concern sometimes.
