Spotless room, helpful staff nice car park...quiet location nice sea view

The hotel is perfectly located next to the sea and easily accessible. Parking was easy onsite and directly in front of the hotel. The room was comfortable and clean and had everything that was required as well as an amazing sea view. The decor of the hotel was really nice. I didn’t use the dining room for any meals, however it did look quite large and with a sea view. The staff were pleasant and informative. I had a really good stay and I would most definitely stay at this hotel in future.

Room was lovely and clean. Hotel itself was like a ghost ship...no reception desk like you'd expect, amusements turned off, barely any staff except the helpful barman. Barely any customers in the hotel bar or restaurant...very strange atmosphere so we drove out for meals. Point of note and very disappointing as we booked this hotel so my daughter aged 2 could use the pool..The swimming pool opening hours were very confusing and inconsistent. Said in the welcome book open till 8pm then elsewhere in the book till 5pm. On arriving around 3.15/3.30pm we asked and was told it closed at 4pm so we didn't have time to swim, yet when I spoke to the lifeguard on our way out for dinner he said 10am till 4.45pm (non-members) for arrival day and the next day...the bar man said he thought it was usually 9am till 6pm...all because of staff shortages apparently.

I found the hotel to be well positioned , easy to find and warm staff served me during my stay !

Room was tiny , bar closed at 9 Wi-Fi never worked In room, no one there to check me in had to walk around to find some one .
