Very clean, rooms recently renovated and the hotel is very modern. Cleanliness is very good

Lovely room and good breakfast not easy to find as the paperwork didnt say it was the Waterside Hotel highly recommended and would stay again

Overall the experience was amazing. I've never visited a hotel where every single person is lovely and welcoming. Though our initial room had an issue with the hot water, the incident was quickly and professional dealt with. They moved us to a new room that had an even better view of the sea. Despite that, we will definitely be visiting them again.

We just wanted to get away for the weekend which was close to home. I was disappointed to note that the full breakfast was not included in the price. So if you are wanting to a full breakfast included in your stay don’t here. The room was very clean.

Hotel was clean, tidy and I received a warm welcome. What was disappointing was there was no card machines available to pay for my evening meal and drink. Luckily I had enough cash to pay.

Shame the restaurant was closed apart from that the place is a must use when I’m in the area in the future 10/10

The room was extremely warm and we needed to use the fan to cool down. I slept well but my hubby had a problem with his side of the mattress having a ridge. I didn’t realise this until we left or I would have reported it. The restaurant and bar were closed for refurbishment. We were given complementary continental breakfast which was fine. It was a shame that we couldn’t eat on site but we found plenty of local restaurants.

Room was very clean, very comfy bed, good shower and good tea and coffee tray. Layout of room is good too. Hotel is part of holiday billage so children, entertainment and other activities causing noise. Doesn't bother me so not a problem, but may be important to know for someone else staying here. Staff friendly and helpful. Good breakfast too!

Unfortunately there was a performance on during the night we stayed and our room was directly over the bar. Seven hours of music was a little to much and kept us up. The next morning all our complaints fell on dear ears. Otherwise this is a good place to stay.

Staff were great and helpful and made it a nice stay
