Waterfront Quay

Place is in a brilliant location, close to shops, bus station & ferry, plenty of kitchen equipment , Towels etc, clean & tidy with a brilliant view

The stairs going up to 3rd floor not for the faint hearted with suitcases and bags

Liked the location close to restaurants and shops.

Door knobs in the hallway could be changed to leavers as caught my hand between the door knobs and door frame very painful. And no parking facilities.

The view was lovely, was very clean and they have thought of everything, there wasn't anything we needed that wasn't there, location wise very close to shops, banks, foot ferry, aldi pubs coffee shops and cafes

Being at the bottom of the high street it was noisy, bunch of teenagers every night making lots of noise until 5am most days, shreiking arguing, shouting etc, not too bad if in the bedrooms but if in the kitchen/living room area then very loud, being above shops I was concerned about noise bit that was ok just when they have deliveries it was noisy early morning as they were at the back (bedrooms ate on the back)

The facilitates were excellent and the location was good

There was some confusion over meeting to exchange the keys. Access to the flat was a bit dingy.

Amazing set up. Almost everything available on site. Really enjoyed a comfortable stay.

The door holder is a challenge when having kids and items. Needs to be fixed to avoid banging the door

When we arrived at the apartment Ken took time to show us the apartment and explain everything in detail. The location is perfect just across from the ferry to Portsmouth.

There are 3 levels of steps which might not be managable by people with mobility difficulties
