The ambience was excellent. Also the facilities were clean and the staff were very helpful and welcoming. Will definitely consider Viajeros for my next stay. Staff members Abdi, Elvira and Gia made the experience much better and easy and were always willing to help. Also had a cooking class with Beltran and learn how to make authentic ceviche was very insightful.

My second stay and was great in private room, comfortable and quiet - what I needed after Inca trail trek. And once again Elvira & Abdi were awesome at front desk - helping me get laundry sorted. Maria at your desk also organised an epic Rainbow mountain + red valley ATV adventure.
