incredible helpful staff  The room is very clean and comfortable 

We stayed here and we’re actually pleasantly surprised. Big rooms and really nice staff. They arranged early check in for free and helped us when we needed advice. The location of this hotel is also really good. For the money you pay, you will be surprised.

Great location and comfortable bed

Where do I start? My wife and I have been travelling to Vietnam for the last 14 years and have stayed in some great hotels and some not so great. As for Da Lat we have stayed in about 20 hotels all up and by far this is the worst. Why? I'm glad I left the cat at home as there was literally 20cm on one side of the bed, 40 cm on the other and about 60 cm at the end of the bed, and that was the room. As for the bathroom? It was clean with hot water but very small as well. My biggest disappointment in this hotel was the NOISE. I do understand that Da Lat is a very touristy city, so guests will be leaving from 6am for tours to different facilities. I had no problem with the noise from the happy Veit tourist waiting for their transportation at 6am. What I didn't like was many of the guests on the floor I was staying on were partying well after midnight and shouting loudly with children running up and down the hallway banging on every door. I was hoping the staff would of dealt with this but sadly after 30 minutes of this commotion I had had enough and went into the corridor and shouted Troi Oi Shut the F#@k up. Do I recommend this hotel? Absolutely not. So many better hotels in Da Lat that the staff actually help the customer

Good location, understanding staffs.

Too noisy at night with the other guests walking and talking loudly in the main hall.

Good location and great value for money.

dirty floors bedside lamp broken minibar items missing room service didn’t clean - just new towels not enough toilet paper provided. photos appear larger than actual room. - very small.
