El alojamiento se encuentra muy bien ubicado y su relacion precio/calidad es insuperable en la ciudad. El personal es muy amable y el desayuno buffet es adecuado.

Al ser muy antiguo hay deficiencias sobre todo en la aislacion de ruido, por lo que las habitaciones tienen mucho ruido exterior. Tambien se nota el paso del tiempo en pisos y techos los que pueden presentar manchas por la humedad.
