Staff couldn't be nicer! It has everything you need and in every way.

The only thing that I saw that upset and concerned me was at the breakfast. A lady was taking care of the breakfast which was excellent of course. She was cleaning up and had gloves on and she went to the trash and with a gloved hand and pushed the trash down and kept the glove on. She went back to food prep and things of that using the SAME glove in handling things and food etc. I was upset and concerned where she used the glove to push trash down and then didn't change the glove and used the hand with the same glove to do food prep.

Very clean and comfortable room. Very well stocked for self catering. Breakfast staff very pleasant and helpful, lovely ladies who were very helpful and informative.

Reception could hve been more helpful. Did not like having to ask for room to be cleaned and clean towels - was an 8 night stay!

I was deeply dissatisfied with my stay. The property is clearly in disrepair—peeling paint all over and trash bags left by staff outside the door reflects poor upkeep and a lack of pride in presentation. More troubling was the complete breakdown in communication. At check-in, I was assured a one-hour late checkout would be no problem. Yet the next morning, while assisting my disabled son, two separate housekeepers—neither of whom spoke English—attempted to enter before the agreed time. The in-room phone didn’t work, making it impossible to clarify the situation. Eventually, the front desk called to say I’d be charged $20 because housekeeping (again, unable to communicate) claimed I was extending my stay. I explained, again, what I was told at check-in, but was met with indifference. This experience was chaotic, unprofessional, and unnecessarily stressful. I will not be returning and cannot recommend your establishment. Sincerely,
