Me gustó muchísimo la atención del personal todos muy gentiles,muy bien cuidadas sus instalaciones,riquísima la piscina le encantó a mis hijos ... Pude hacer una parrilla y me dieron todo lo necesario.. la pasé genial...

Deberían tener más variedad en el desayuno

Is not a hotel is only campers no air condition no tv

The bathrooms were a MESS! The person on the phone who was in charge was rude and try to tell us that she was doing us a favor by letting us in while no receptionist… she got a mouthy and unfriendly.

No receptionist. Only the security the person was there to try to help. He was the best though! He recommended places to eat, was extremely friendly!

Good facilities, family rooms, big trampoline for kids!

Caravans had no facilities (kettle, crockery), bunk beds only had thin sheets (kids were cold), bathroom was tiny, showers didn’t work that well, temperamental hot water - it was low season and wasn’t very well serviced. 10 minute walk to main restaurants.

far away from the center you cannot walk outside the hotel when dark as there are no lights in the street breakfast was just scrambled eggs shower rooms are situated outside of the room they are dirty and very cold in fact I got sick one night they closed the main door of the resort and left us knocking for 30 minutes. no apologies were given rooms are too small with old furniture misleading to advertise this place as a hotel or / and a resort
