Spacious House

There are plenty of plates, glasses and bowls, the fridge cooled our groceries well. The TV worked well (smart TV, Netflix and co.). There were cleaning supplies in the kitchen cabinet, which is important if you need to do some quick cleaning.

Where do I start? We traveled with two small kids, and I thought I booked a place with a bath tub. We received "Apartment 3", which had only one shower (no tub) that had dirty tiles (the shower needs deep cleaning or renovation) and a tiny shower head (the big shower head you see on the photos was gone). I don't think the bathroom was cleaned before we checked in, either. I cleaned it myself with cleaners that were there. So no comfort for us in the bathroom. The kitchen was poorly equipped, if cooking is something you would like to do at least once on your trip. There is only one pot with a missing lid, a heavily scratched pan that is not meant for use anymore, The hallway coat rack is damaged so that it can easily fall on you. Generally, things that are not intact should be replaced, regular cleaning is also important to avoid mold and stains in the bathroom. It depends on what you expect when you travel, but if people are paying to stay at an accommodation and seek comfort and relaxation on vacation, this place is not it. Finally, Apartment 3 needs updates and a light renovation. The location leaves a lot to be desired. The house is in an industrial area. The next tram stop is a 15 minute-walk and there is nothing close by where you can go out to eat. Generally, this place is suited for large groups. For a normal vacation with a few people, I recommend staying elsewhere.

I will not suggest this property for family travel / holiday, its a make shift apartment which owner of the property have created, building looks like it was a office. This so called residence property is in center if industrial area, hence its very much cutoff & isolated from the main road / street. They have just loaded all apartment rooms with only beds, there are total of 15 beds in total 2.5 rooms. Other big minus point is that there is only single shower & toilet which need to be shared. Rooms do not have any cupboard, mirror & other base facility, also shower room cabinet is also very very poor and lacks all basic facility. Property host were just not co-operative, we had to actually beg & pay for the housing keeping, for our 12 days & night long stay only 3 times housekeeping was done, for which we had to pay 100% in advance. I have gone to Germany for 4 times in past, but this time stay & property was worst. Finally, Booking.com should do proper due-diligence, before on boarding hotel / property, for this property I guess booking.com has not done proper on ground validation / survey. Would strongly recommended booking.com to de-list this property from their platform.

The room is large and has many beds. The basic amenities are perfect, and it was especially suitable for group meetings. There is a market where you can buy necessities near you.
