The Springwater B&B

Lovely B&B in Saratoga Springs. Location is close to everything and the inn has lovely, comfortable rooms. We enjoyed the tavern on-site as well as the 5-star home-cooked breakfast of our choice. The staff was friendly and warm!! Would stay here again!

Visited Saratoga Springs for a conference. Decided to stay in a B&B rather than a big hotel. I was so happy to find the Saratoga Springs B&B. My spouse joined me so we could enjoy evenings together. I stayed in the Empire room. Our room was spacious. I appreciated the soaking tub after a day of standing. It was a relaxing retreat. Walking to most restaurants took about 15 minutes. The tavern was also great for drinks. I had to be out most mornings so didn’t get to eat breakfast but they packed the most delicious muffins for us to take.

The property was well maintained & beautifully decorated fir the season. Rooms were spacious and very comfortable and clean. Breakfast was delicious.

Comfortable room, very well appointed with multiple (thoughtfully placed) electrical outlets, lovely bathroom and great fireplace. The food and service was also excellent. Our room was on the first floor and so we could hear all the comings and goings and conversations in the dining room and hallway. If we go back we will make sure we book another room.

The front desk was very helpful. Our room was elegantly furnished, with a large comfortable bed and a spacious very modern bathroom. Breakfast was also excellent.

Amazing 2 night stay. Excellent in every way from the time we checked in to the time we checked out. The room was great, spacious, clean with attention to details. Breakfast was very nice Location is very convenient. I would recommend it to anyone who wants to visit Saratoga Springs 10/10 rating without a doubt

parking was an issue one night of our stay; otherwise the property was just beautiful… our room was lovely, everything very clean, breakfast and all of the staff were wonderful!

This is the nicest Bed and Breakfast that we have ever stayed in. The front porch welcomes you and it only gets better from there! We notified them that we would be a little later than their preferred arrival time and they were very accommodating and made our check in very easy. Our room was beautiful and very comfortable. The furnishings are lovely and well thought out. The bathroom, especially the shower, was magnificent! Last but certainly not least, the breakfast was simply amazing. They had options of many juices, we both had the apple cider(delicious!), they brought orange cardamom muffins (also delicious)-I had to find a recipe-then I had the oatmeal. You have to ask, how can oatmeal be amazing? They did it! The oatmeal was perfectly cooked, and then, crème brûlée like sugar on top and a variety of fresh berries on top! It will haunt me for a long time. My husband had the eggs sunnyside up, yummy bacon, fried potatoes, and the best toast I have ever had. Seriously. He let me have a bite. The coffee was also perfect, delicious and hot. I hate lukewarm coffee. I hope we can come back but it is quite a long trip from NC, but we might have to do it again!

I scheduled an overnight stay at the Springwater Inn. It was described as adjacent to the lovely (and related) Springwater B&B. I thought this meant on the same grounds or next door. It was only a short walk away but, foolishly, I did not understand that the Inn is basically rooms over a sizable restaurant with a LOUD bar area. There were a number of steep steps to reach the second floor rooms. Very clumsy when lugging suitcases. Further, the bed was comfy but so high that small stools were needed to climb in. Anyone with limited mobility might never have reached the room (or utilized the bed if they did make it up the stairs). Finally, the room overlooked a very busy and very noisy 4-lane road. Thankfully, traffic noise decreased significantly after 11 pm. Be aware of the considerable differences between the Springwater Inn versus B&B.
