Acuario Beach Inn

The location is amazing, really peaceful and quiet. Also the food is very delicious, we really loved the inclusion of breakfast in our booking. The staff owners and dogs very friendly :)

I travelled with my wife and 2 kids (9,6 yo). It was a great experience to have basic and rough it out for a bit. The shower and toilet was basic (could not get the hot water to work). But we didn't mind as the weather was hot. It's amazing to wake up on the beach front. The wifi did not work, but I did not mind as it allowed us to be more present. There's plenty to do like get a tuktuk to the city centre, or organise a trip to the sites (I did this separately). Laundry service is also available, but see if you can find a place in town as well. Food is pretty good that you can order from the front-counter.

The pillows weren't as comfortable, too soft. But the bed may have been a bit hard. Again if you want rough it this is the place to go. So to elaborate, the shower and bathroom is basic and the wifi did not work. But we didn't mind at all when you have a beachfront view.

Best place to chill.

I'm writing this review in the negative just so you would read it. We give this place a 10/10 just because WE loved it here and we are simple people and we got what we wanted and more for the price we paid. Stayed her for a week. Things to take note (some are good, some are bad that I thought of(for some people)): 1. ~20m to the beach. 2. 4 realy friendly doggies (especially if you share your food). 3. The owners are really friendly and helpful with all your needs. 4. A remote place just to feel away from everything and just chill. 5. You need a scooter or other means of transport to get to the city (we rented them from the owners when needed). 6. When we came the WiFi cables were cut with roadworks and we had to use cellular data. 7. A lot of food options from the menu and everything is homemade and most of it was really good. 8. Shower has hot water but the controls make it devil hot or cold. Maybe we didn't understand how to use it. We used the cold one and did not see a problem. 9. You live on a beach, so prepare for lots of sand everywhere. 10. I am a beer drinker, they always had beer. Just make sure when the owners go to sleep to get your last beer. 11. You live in a beach cabana, so be prepared to see a gecko, bug or an ant sometimes in or near your house. To sum up, it is a great price/quality place to stay and we really had the peace of mind we wanted. We always repeated a phrase "feels like paradise" while staying here. Highly recommend to all my friends and everyone that has read this review.

The place is super quiet and the owners really nice and accommodating amd right in front of the ocean. It really takes 10 steps from the room to the shore (the beach is not really existing anymore)

The room needs a little bit of maintainance. Without a vehicle it is hard to move around and the trikes you can call are super expensive (not the owners' fault of course but...)

Nice little beach for a swim. The cabin was comfortable.

No comfortable chairs.

The incredible view, tita Fe and kuya Erning are always been helpful, the food is good.

Muddy, difficult road when it rains. Limited in terms of eg. ATM's because it's still undeveloped
