Hampton Inn Weston, WV

The location of the hotel was convenient and easy to find. The front desk staff was very polite and helpful, and got us checked in within a couple of minutes. Check out was quick and easy, which made for an easy start to the morning.

There wasn't as much parking as I had expected, but I was able to find a spot. The barn-style sliding door to the bathroom is a unique design, but it doesn't offer as much privacy as a traditional door does. The charging outlets need to be updated from USB-A to USB-C since most devices now don't use USB-A anymore.

Nice, clean hotel looks either new or recently remodeled. Plenty of towels comfortable beds. The only complaint is most of the wall receptacles and USB ports did not work making it inconvenient for charging a laptop and other devices.

bed was comfortable, the breakfast was decent, and the pool was fun.

we got a different room than what we booked, and they didnt even tell us we had to go upstairs and find out ourselves. our booking was for a king room they gave us a queen room. lady at the front desk told us that she couldn't do anything that theyd given the room I booked to someone else, and did not offer me compensation at first. it was only offered after i contacted booking.com to file a complaint. i am now getting my financial compensation so its fine now, but this trip was a gift for my boyfriend and was supposed to be fun and romantic, but started out with stress instead. wont be staying here again.

Rooms were nice. Breakfast was a little slim in you were late. The staff was very personable and sweet.

First, lets say i choose hampton inn because its higher end and had a pool and hot tub. The pool was cold, and hot tub was out of order. After 8 hrs of driving i was looking forward to it. Next, we got a handicap room, due to our age. The door on the bathroom, stuck so hard it was hard to open, only good thing was it didnt shut all the way and drifted open, it would not shut! Now, who evers decision was to not have any bacon or sausage at the breakfast that was a bad move. Then the bananas were over ripe and brown, yuck. I will be rethinking staying at hampton inn again. Oh, almost forgot...try fixing the gps directions...i went to a dead end road to a cemetery...nice directions!

Amazingly clean and comfortable. Loved everything about this hotel, the kids loved the pool. The beds were comfortable and I liked being close to so many stores.

We stayed one night here to visit the TALA. It was in all respects a very typical Hampton stay. Clean, comfortable room and the usual breakfast buffet. Traffic noise early in the morning was the only negative, but we'd still recommend it.
