I was told when I reserved the room that long term parking was available for $5.00/night. However, upon arrival, desk agent was adamant that I had to have paid upfront for that privilege. (Was not mentioned when I reserved the room.) I asked to speak to a supervisor and was told that the supervisor wouldn’t be available until Monday. Called Hampton central Reservations and agent personally called the Columbus hotel and staff still refused to accommodate my request.

I arrived on a late flight and caught the shuttle from the airport. It was very convenient, the shower felt wonderful after traveling all day and I slept well. Breakfast was great! Lots to choose from, I was hungry.

No breakfast comments. We did not eat there. The location was perfect for getting to our flight on time and providing parking for the week.

Just the location - the ONLY thing I like about this hotel - very disappointed

Well the room AC did not work - I asked for a floor fan 3 times - because the air condition did not work. The room temp ready 75 when I arrived - I attempted to adjust the temp and it seemed like the AC came on - I called down to the front desk complaining about the AC and asking for a floor fan. I then took another shower to try to cool off. They sent a maintenance man, who was very nice. He took the AC apart, was there maybe 20 minutes, then he said - OK this is starting to blow cool air. I asked if I was the only one complaining - he said no and that "they are planning on replacing the AC units in all the rooms, they just haven't started" . The room was comfy for a while - I work up around 2 am sweating - took another shower to try to cool down - did not work. I came to that hotel to get a good night rest to finish my 16 hour drive the next day. Well that did not work -I will never stay at this location again

I was told by the man checking me in that I could not leave my car at the hotel during my travel time because I did not book my room directly thru Hampton Inn. However, the next morning when I checked out this man said I could for a $5 per day fee.

I like to have hard boiled eggs as a choice. I look for raisin bran cereal to stay regular when I travel.
