Hilton Houston NASA Clear Lake

The room was clean and comfortable, and the location was convenient for visiting NASA and the surrounding area. The view of the lake was nice, and overall the hotel atmosphere was quiet and relaxing.

Ice was not available during my stay, which was disappointing. Also, there seemed to be a duplicate parking charge, so guests may want to double-check their parking fees after checkout.

Amenities were good and bed was very comfortable.

Walls in the room are not very soundproof. I could hear children next door, the tv’s playing and even the guest snoring next room next to me

The property itself was good.

I didn’t like how there was a $50 hold and return takes up to 30 days. No microwaves in the rooms. Parking fee to park on property.

The staff was super friendly and helpful

The hotel was VERY out dated. Old nasty carpets. Had a weird smell. Felt secluded from entertainment.

Advertise Pool, when irriving pool out of order

We liked our room ….had a view of the lake. It was comfortable and cozy and clean…. the lotion in the bathroom smelt amazing.! We liked trying the different flavored waters every morning in the lobby.

The only downside would have been that the pool was not up and running or functional. My daughter was looking forward to swimming.

The location is beautiful but that’s it.

First my room had leaks in all corners of the room, the toliet was clogged, and the shower wouldn’t work. The bed had no fitted sheet. The wifi wouldn’t work and the tea I drank was 13 years past its expiration date. I also was charged 2x more than the booking.com price.
