Bathroom issues: fan did not work, night light did not work, no tissues, shower door could use some fixes TV: I have never seen such a bad quality TV, very blurry and over saturated colors (too vibrant) and no way to fix that. Like every hotel these days, the bed had only 1 layer, a comforter which only works for one small low temperature range (~65F) and the room was not in that range, so I sweat all night and don't sleep well. All this for a price that was way way too high due to the world cup overcharging. (P.S. I did not report any of the issues to the front desk, I did not want to deal with it, I shouldn't have to).

Preston who was the front desk manager was amazing.

The two individuals who were often at the front desk in the evening were rude and not helpful.

I didn't have a chance to eat breakfast to comfortable sleeping woke up at check out

Everything was fine

The room next to us had a party in their room and it was extremely loud until close to 3 in the morning.
