近くにイオンがあって便利だと思いました。 価格相応かと。 みんなでワイワイリーズナブルに長期で滞在などには良いかも知れません。

夕方着、暗い内に出発の寝泊まりだけでしたが、¥4100でコスパはいいと思います。

まぁ値段相応といった所でした。一人旅で宿泊にあまりお金をかけたくない場合には良い所だと思います。とりあえずタクシーで空港から行きましたが、認知度が低かったです。素泊まりでしたが、食事ができる所が近辺に無かったのが残念でした。カママ公園方面に探しに行きましたが、翌日見ると、反対方向に色々あり、そう言った案内が欲しかったなと思います。

個室も共用スペースもきれいにしている。トイレの芳香剤の匂いがキツイ。WiFiの電波は強いが、スピード遅すぎる。あと、脱衣所とシャワールームにヤモリ出ます。私は気にしないけど。 宿泊者は若者だけかと心配していたか、意外におじさん、おばさんも利用しているようで安心した。宮古は宿泊料が高騰しているので、こういう宿はありがたい。マックスバリュも近い。

価格の割には、大変重宝な施設です。 宿泊施設の予約の取りにくい現状、大変頼りに成ります。

I got a female single room but it was right next to the highway. No matter there were ppl talking at the entrance outside the house, entering the house (as room 101 is the first room besides the main door), you can hear them all! I thought it wasn't a matter at night but I was wrong! There were cars passing all over the night, it was so loud. And the wall of the house was soooo thin, which at midnight I heard my neighbor coughing. At 6 am, the next room kept talking. There was a room fragrance being put near the window, which all the blanket n bedsheet were with that smell. I was sensitive to fragrance. All these made me hardly sleep. And the next day morning, I had a booking on snorkelling. I felt lacking of strength swimming in the sea becuz of the sleep deprive. Then I decided to check out and looked for another place to stay. I couldn't imagine what I would be like if I kept staying there and being sleepless for 7 days. I phoned Expedia HK and hoped they could help me get a refund of the final 2-3 days if I check out on the second day (I bought 7 nights). I also told the manager the situation, he suggested that they could offer a change of room. But there are only 3-4 rooms in the house, and I knew there were two families with babies staying too. I didnt want to hear the babies cry at midnight. That’s why I didnt accept it. They refused to refund and ignored the follow-up fm Expedia. It’s also far away fm the city centre. Ants found on bed...very old bathroom X_X

No towel or toothbrush provided. Needed to buy one in a nearby 100yen shop.
