Hilton DFW Lakes Executive Conference Center

Unser Aufenthalt war so gut dass wir uns spontan entschieden haben eine Nacht länger zu bleiben. An dem Wochenende war eine große Veranstaltung und das Hotel voll, aber wir als externe Gäste kamen nicht zu kurz. Wir haben Pool und Fitness ausgiebig genutzt. Frühstück war für amerikanischen Verhältnisse sehr gut. Auf wünsch gab es frisch zubereiten Omlette mit Zutaten nach Wünsch. Bacon, Würstchen, Eier, Bagels, Gebäck, frisches Obst, Fruchtyoughurt und Marmelade. Kaffe und Saft würden serviert. Es gab richtiges Geschirr und Besteck. Zimmer hatte eine gute Größe, es hat uns gereicht. Sehr gut isoliert, trotz Nähe Flughafen hat man nichts gehört. In der Nähe ist Einkaufszentrum, da findet man alles was das Herz begehrt.

Sehr freundliches und kompetentes Personal. Sehr gute Betten und grosszügige saubere Zimmer. Gutes Frühstücksbuffet. Schuttlebus zum Hotel ist perfekt.

Hotel kommt in die Jahre für Renovationen.

The location was close to my conference location, it was a walking distance to the mall I LOVED that. The area was very clean and safe. My room was spacious and modern with big beds

The receptionists had the WORSET customer service I have experienced in my life. They had this not willing to assist attitude, though on the last day my encounter with Jason was amazing it was a breath of fresh Air from the other receptionist. Everyone else was nice at the hotel. The mattress wasn't very comfortable and the safe wasn't working forcing me to walk around with my passport. No shuttle bus to the near by conference which other hotels provided.

It was an enjoyable stay. Our air conditioner didn’t work very well and the room had a musty smell to it.

Don't stay here; these people are crooks! My wife booked a stay at this hotel because we were scheduled to travel to Dallas for a youth baseball tournament. As we approached our stay date, the weather forecast in Dallas was for thunderstorms all weekend so the tournament ended up being cancelled. I called a FULL BUSINESS WEEK before our scheduled stay to cancel our reservation and was told we would need to pay 3/4 of the cost even though we weren't coming. Imagine trying to charge somebody $800 for NOT using any of their services... what a shady and ridiculous way to operate a business. I spoke with Casey, the reservation manager at the hotel, and she told me that she would be happy to refund me the full amount but that her hands were tied due to the reservation being made thru a third party (a company called Guest Reservations). This is the website my wife accidentally ended up on thinking that she was making a reservation directly thru the hotel. This is not an accident; Hilton partners with this company and they are the top search result returned on Google. I contacted Guest Reservations and dealt with their ridiculously long wait times and convoluted refund request process, and ultimately got them to send a request to Casey at the hotel so she could verify I spoke to her about the full refund and they could then process it. However, Casey or someone else at Hilton denied the request. And now they won't return my calls or voicemails. Do yourself a favor and stay anywhere else, there are so many other options in the DFW area. Don't let yourself be swindled by these dishonest employees and this slimy business practice. In fact, don't stay at any Hilton hotels, what a craven and disgusting company that would allow their affiliates to do this. I just wish I could give 0 stars.
