"The hotel is nice and the room is clean, except the front desk when we check in."

Very clean and the Christmas Decorations is very simple and is not overwhelming

The front desk crew is not very approachable and looks like they are in a hurry.

De vroege incheck. Heel prettig. Vriendelijke bediening bij ontbijt. Ruime kamer. Meer dan genoeg parkeerplaatsen. De stilte in het hotel, het ligt heel dichtbij de luchthaven maar daar hoor je niets van. Buiten op de golfbaan wel. Het ontbijt was lekker, omelet ter plekke gemaakt naar keuze. De bedden lagen zalig!

Niets, misschien dat we weer naar huis moesten 😉

"Beautiful Property and Convenient Location"

We stayed at Hilton DFW Lakes Executive Conference Center during a layover and the property itself was very impressive. The grounds are beautiful with a peaceful lake, wide open spaces and plenty of areas to walk and relax. The location is also very convenient. It is close to DFW Airport and an easy walk to Grapevine Mills Mall which was a nice surprise. The room was clean, comfortable and quiet which made it easy to rest between flights. The hotel is very large and has many amenities including pools, a fitness center and on site dining. It feels welcoming and has everything you might need during a short stay. The shuttle ran on an hourly schedule which required a little patience, but once we arrived the stay was enjoyable. We did find it easier to Uber back to the airport. Overall the visit was pleasant and the property itself made a great impression. I would stay here again for the clean room, the beautiful setting and the convenience to the airport and the mall.
