The location of the property was fantastic! The apartment itself was modern and clean, perfect for our stay. Really helpful to have a lift & easy access to the main parts of Porto.

Nothing, it was great

The property is not good.

This stay was unacceptable from the moment we arrived. The bathroom ceiling had a significant amount of black mold, and the smell was strong and unmistakable. There was no way I was going to sleep in the connected bedroom with my 2 year old daughter under those conditions. We tried to make it work by using the pull-out couch, but that wasn’t possible either—there’s an automatic hallway light that can’t be turned off, so the space never gets dark. The entire apartment felt musty and dirty. There were odd finger marks on the walls, and the dining table was visibly warped from water damage. I've attached photos of the mold, the wall, and the disgusting condition of the couch covered in dust. Between the mold and the smell, staying wasn’t an option. We left and did not spend the night. When I reached out to request a fair refund, they offered only 20%, which is completely unreasonable given the situation and the health risk. Avoid this property.

Fantastic location. Everything is within walking distance. Large apartment with everything you need.
