Quite House near Vancouver Airport

The property is very nice all rooms are equipped and with its own washrooms. Lots of parking available and it is very clean just like being on a five star hotel. It feels like your in your own home.

I have stayed at a lot of hotels through Expedia, which have been great. This was the best so far. We had 7 people on the trip. It felt like we were own house. There was a big refrigerator, stove, washer/dryer, and ample beds to sleep in. It is newly remodeled and very clean. The property is really close to shopping and dining. The communication with the owner was great. I will definitely be coming back here on trips to Vancouver in the future. I recommend this property to anyone looking to stay in Vancouver.

Great owner. Great place to stay.

Firstly there was dog food left out in the kitchen which smelt. The bin was not emptied before I arrived. There were moths flying around the kitchen and living room everyday. This was really annoying when cooking and eating. Found quite a few dead moths on the countertop. And now the owner claims I have damaged the stairs and will not refund my deposit (which was difficult to give in the first place as I am not from Canada or America). I am always a careful person when staying at another property so I’m certain I did not do this. One good thing is the area, close to the grocery store/restaurants and a short walk to the park for anyone staying with pets.

DO NOT EVER STAY HERE! I REPEAT!! NEVER STAY HERE! These people are horrible to deal with rude inconsiderate! This place is horrible! They only care about taking your money! They accept ZERO responsibility for anything then blame it on Expedia!

I really enjoyed my stay! Such a comfy bed...hard to leave. Appreciated the extras, rosewater shampoo, flowers, prints of classic paintings, and the quiet location. Lovely home, would recommend!

There was lots of equipment like washing machine, tumble drier, coffee maker stove etc. in the kitchen. They provided lots of toiletries if you wanted them. Had the weather been nice garden facilities would have been good. The keypad entry was good to use.

This was not a quiet house, I do not think there was appropriate sound proofing between the floors and the doors banged. The motto of the house is that it is good to share but with up to 6 people on the ground floor and only 1 knife and 1 steak knife in the kitchen this was taking sharing too far. On the ground floor which was all we had access to there was a kitchen and small dining area, no open fire, comfy seating area or library which is advertised in the booking details for the property. The house rules were somewhat draconian and unless you were staying for a month you were only allowed 2 loo rolls! We only had part of one roll for5 nights! This place is no where near as good as it sounds!
