"Would definitely choose to stay here again"

Property was better than expected. Location was great to go back and forth to Louisiana Christian. The hotel staff on every shift were so kind and helpful!

Tv volume was set exceptionally low. Even turned all the way up, it was barely audible. The employee for the restaurant at the hotel during breakfast each morning was not kind

"Excellent service and location"

EVERY interaction we had with staff was fantastic! They were so nice and quite funny. They were very accommodating and made sure we were good at every turn.

It’s located right next to the river and downtown where the vibes are fun but chill. The locals were super friendly and we enjoyed walking downtown to see all the historic buildings

THE KITCHEN LADY SHE WAS GREAT

THE FRONT DESK CLERK WORKER WAS RUDE SO REUDE WHITE GUY THE TALL BLACK GUY WAS SO NICE AND THE SHORT WHITE LITTLE ALSO BARTENDER.

"Will not be going back"

I was double charged for the room. 1 elevator was broken waited on the 7th floor for over 30 minutes trying to get down before walking down 7 flights of stairs with all our luggage. Windows were leaking. The bathroom had no exhaust vent. The shower floor was slanted away from the drain so there was always nasty water just sitting there. Currently trying to dispute the double charge that was prepaid.
