Rooms are decent.

The staff. This particular staff person Neeraj was very rude. It was my wedding guests who were staying there. We had booked 3 rooms. We wanted to chill for 10 mins. This guy told us that visitors are not allowed after 12 due to hotel policies, which I respect. We requested him that we'll just stay for 10 mins. But this guy was the rudest staff person I've encountered. He was straight away calling my friends by "shook shook". Bhed bakriya nahi hai. First of all, we are your guests. Offer some water at least. And I'd like to emphasize that we were very polite to him throughout.
