Énorme complexe hôtelier s'apparentant plus a Disneyland qu'à un hôtel. Espace piscine plutôt en mauvais état et pas très propre Salle de petit déjeuner extrêmement bruyante, esprit cantine grand buffet mais avec un choix limité

We stayed for four nights and had a lovely stay overall. A special mention goes to Piero in the kids' mini disco – he was fantastic with the children and really helped make the evenings enjoyable for them. After the mini disco, there was a family cinema night with popcorn, which was a lovely touch. However, it would be great if the films rotated between different languages rather than relying solely on English subtitles, as my son struggled to follow what was happening. As others have mentioned, the pools were quite cold, although they did warm up as the day went on. The beach is very rocky, so I'd recommend wearing sandals or water shoes, but the sea was refreshing once you got in. Our room was cleaned daily, and the beds were made every day, which we appreciated. Breakfast and dinner had a fairly limited selection, but the food was enjoyable and well prepared. My only real downside was the communication and consistency at the outside pool bar. Several menu items were unavailable, perhaps because it was still early in the season. We also bought the same ice cream on three different days and were charged three different prices. Despite these minor issues, we had a very enjoyable holiday and would recommend this hotel to families looking for a relaxing stay

10/10. We would definitely go again. The staff were very friendly, the beach was nice, and the pools were great. The hotel is very close to the sea, around 50 meters, which was perfect for us. Breakfast was excellent, and the mini disco and entertainment for the kids were great. Parking was included, which was also a big plus. Outside there is a 40 cm pool, a park, a small football ground, a ping-pong table, and plenty of sunbeds and sunshades by the pool. Overall, we were very satisfied with everything and would happily return.

The main thing we were missing was a heated pool, especially because we visited in May. One negative experience: at the time of the visit, there were also a lot of teenagers or high school students running through the hotel halls, banging on hotel doors and pushing past smaller kids. In my opinion, this type of group is not a good fit for a kids hotel, especially because they were not careful around babies and young children. For the kids’ park, it would also be nice to have small slides for younger children.
