The best Kaiseki I’ve ever had in my many years of traveling in Japan. Perfect on every level, from the timing of delivery each dish, the temperature, the taste , the creativity and even the source of the food are perfectly explained in English. All credits go to the chef and the restaurant staff.

The room was ok but too dusty on every corners. With the price tag, the room should be perfectly cleaned and mopped. I also didn’t given the room I booked.
