The friendly staff , the lovely view of the sea

breakfast was 1st class service as was the food quality the food was hot the tables was clean there was a good choice to pick from all laid out very hot looked nice which you help your self to

I could not fault this hotel only the weather which we could not do nothing about the bathroom was very nice and large clean and warm

The staff were amazing, especially Siobhan. They went over and above to help. The food was very good and value for money. The location was perfect for our golf trip.

There was nothing we didn’t like

The bathroom looked good but the shower water flow was slow a non slip bath mat would have been useful shower tray was a bit slippy not good for anyone elderly . Breakfast was average eggs were overdone and had been kept warm for too long . T

The Park Hotel is always a great quality stay, buffet breakfast are excellent and rooms are always clean and serviceable with many getting updated.

I’d change which way the shower door opened, you could only open it if the main room door was shut and it was tight for getting in or out

Breakfast was excellent but I personally do like the cups used for tea they are more suitable for coffee

Everything was lovely especially the breakfast included.

Could just do with a paint in the rooms where there’s been damp.

The chambermaid was very friendly.

We booked to stay at the Park Hotel but in fact we were accommodated in the house next door which took us by surprise. The room was ok but only had one small swivel mirror on top of the chest of drawers and no mirrors at all in the bathroom! I like to see my reflection when I am having a shave. When we checked in on arrival we were not informed that there would be work taking place in the morning and so we were startled to wake up to the sound of hammering, drilling and sawing. We understand that work needs to be done, but it's nice to be forewarned. Parking was very tight at night although the bar was empty. We have stayed at The Park several times over the years and have always found it to be a "special" experience until now. A Travel Lodge would not have been any worse..Tea and coffee making facilities were fine and we appreciated the complimentary packet of biscuits which we shared between us. The advertised alarm clock was non-existent. We felt that we were more of an imposition than welcome guests. The chambermaid was exceptional!.

Whole stay was very comfortable and enjoyable.
