Posto tranquillo e pulito. I proprietari sono stati cordiali e gentili

De gastvrouw loste het kamerprobleem meteen op. Vriendelijke gastvrouw die heel wat tips geeft.

Eerder oud interieur (wisten we vooraf). Prijs ligt aan de hoge kant. Niets van fruit bij het ontbijt en alles was voorverpakt (niets vers).

Przede wszystkim stosunek ceny do jakości. Bardzo miła i sympatyczna Pani właścicielka. Bardzo dobra lokalizacja jeżeli chodzi o tranzyt z i do Włoch. Gorąco polecam.

Lokalizacja pensjonatu daleko od centrum miasteczka.

The accomodation is clean, tidy and calm, the hostess is kind. The breakfast was good: bread, jam, ham, joghurt, muffin, coffee, tea, fruitjuice. There are only 3 rooms, so the common bathroom is no problem 😉

Be careful, the location is Terzo d'Aquileia and not Aquileia! The hostess speaks only italian, but Google Translate is our friend so everything can be managed 😃

It’s a great small ma&pa ran bead and breakfast in a small Italian suburb. The place was clean, the people were friendly and overall it felt more Italian than hotel in a tourist hotspot. Especially when the the hosting man was explaining things with his hands. The hosting lady made an excellent coffee for breakfast.

There was a rooster nearby that started at 4AM and probably didn’t stop untill someone made chicken nuggets of it.
