Great location.

The room was absolutely filthy. We didn't end up staying there because it was so disgusting (hairs in the bed, unclean bathroom, clumps of hair, the most dust I've seen in any hotel ever). The hotel staff committed to refund me for the full amount however charged me for the first night.

清潔感があり、キレイでした。繁華街にも近く静かで便利だった。

タブレットの充電がコード劣化して使えなかったことと、コンセントの不具合があって充電するためのコンセントを使える場所が限られていてそこは不便でしたが、他は綺麗で便利で困らず、困った時の対応も良かったです。

This hotel's located in the center of Tenjin. It is very convenient. Beds are comfortable, cozy and big enough.

There is no window. At night it is noizy because the hotel is around many bars.

非常に不満です。部屋のドアを開けたら、もうベッドで、スーツケースを置くスペースもなく、もちろん机などの設備もない状況です。夫婦二人と小型犬だったのですが、ベッドでの生活で、こんな部屋は初めてで、そこで一泊3万近くしました、いくら正月料金とはいえ、です。スタッフに状況を説明したのですが、取り合ってくれなく、なんか散々な正月でした。
