Amazing location, fantastic terraces and really nice rooms.

Breakfast could have been better, first morning was amazing with fruits, pastries, yogurt, coffee and juices, then after the next morning just being cereal, we had to ask for fruit and yogurt, which the host provided.

we came for one day and ended up staying a week! the location is perfect, the house is beautiful but definitely the best thing was angelo the host! we had to find a place for the night, we were with a baby, angelo prepared the house for us very fast! he took care of everything we needed and gave us many wonderful recommendations! he is a wonderful host and a conversation men!

The property is a beautiful old house, typical architecture of Lecce, very well located and very well kept!

The family room we originally booked was supposed to have two doublebeds and a single bed. When we arrived it turned out there was no single bed. We were travelling with our grown up boys so without the bed we did not fit into the room. The host refused to set up the last bed for is, and instead insisted we chose between sleeping two adults in a narrow doublebed or rent an extra room. The extra room was without air conditioning so we ended up paying for one more room, where it was only possible to sleep with all windows wide open. In july, In a lively mid town situation. There is a set of house rules forbidding that you eat in the rooms even though it is described that the rooms have the appropriate facilities, and a tea kitchen is available. The breakfast did not include any other protein than a hard boiled egg, no cheese or cut meats offered. We did not at all have the positive experience with the host others describe.

This is not a hotel, it’s a bed and breakfast. Walk-up to room - no elevator if physically challenged . The owners live there full time as well. There are two rooms In total they rent out - no privacy. Centrally located in Lecce.

Der Gastgeber sehr entgegenkommend, nett, gibt alle Informationen. Lage toll (Altstadt), nur ziemliche Parkplatz probleme aussehab der Staddtmauer. Parkplatz cca 300 m entfernt und meistens besetzt. Unser Zimmer, groß aber ohne jeglichen Charm. Mobiliar z.T aus abgeschliffenen Brettern zusamengezimmert., nur 1 Nachttischlampe, Schrank in einer Wandnische - Stange mit Dratkleiderbügel. Bad cca 1,2 qm, keine Ablageflächen, Frühstücksraum - ähnlich. Nach dem ersten Frühstück sind wir auswärts frühstücken gegangen. In der Beschreibung steht tägliche Reinigung . Währed der 3 Tage unseren Aufenthaltes hat niemand unsreres Zimmer betreten. Im großen und ganzen stimmt das Preis -Leistung nicht ganz...

駅からの立地、レッチェの有名観光地からの立地どちらも徒歩圏内で近くには美味しいリストランテやお土産物屋さんも揃う不便のない場所です。 また、B&B自体も、バロック様式の建物をうまく活用しつつ、可愛らしく手入れも行き届いている、とても素敵なお部屋でした。レッチェに来た事をお部屋だけで実感させてくれ、私はついついお部屋に長居して過ごしてしまいました。私は12月の訪問だったので、朝食はダイニングルームで頂きましたが、夏場はお花がたくさん咲くテラスでいただけるそうで、夏場にも行ってみたいなぁと思っています。 もうこれだけで最高なのですが、オーナーのAngeloと奥様の人柄がとても素晴らしく、付かず離れずの距離感を取りつつ、毎日部屋はどうか、おすすめの観光場所や美味しいリストランテ等について色々と気にかけて下さり、1人旅の私はとても助けられ、快適に楽しく過ごす事が出来ました。 年越しは最高の想い出もくれて、感激でした。 レッチェに行く時は必ずこちらに泊まりたいと思っています。 本当にありがとう！

Perfect location and very nice accommodation, nice old house very authentic. good breakfast. The host should learn english so the communication would be facilitated.
