Le calme et la vue sur la campagne Toscane ! La gentillesse et la presence de Gianna et Francesco Un domaine rustique et bien entretenu , Le petit déjeuner était très bon et copieux .

2 routes mènent à l'hébergement, 1 moins praticable que l'autre ! Nous avons fini par prendre celle qui se trouve légèrement plus loin sur la route principale qui nous mène à l'hébergement ! Rien de bien gênant en soi mais cela peut surprendre quand on a pas l'habitude de rouler sur ce genre de terrain .

Il Podere la Ciabatta è uno di quei luoghi che restano impressi nella memoria: immerso nel verde delle colline senesi, regala panorami mozzafiato e tramonti da cartolina, il tutto avvolto da un silenzio rigenerante che invita al relax più totale. L'atmosfera è autentica, quasi fuori dal tempo, e il contesto naturale fa da cornice perfetta a un soggiorno tranquillo. Gli alloggi sono spaziosi, con letti comodi che assicurano un buon riposo. La piscina, ben proporzionata rispetto al numero di ospiti, è il posto ideale per rinfrescarsi nelle ore più calde, mentre l’area esterna si presenta curata e accogliente, perfetta per godersi il paesaggio e leggere un buon libro. ll Podere la Ciabatta è un luogo ricco di fascino, ideale per chi cerca pace e bellezza autentica. Con qualche intervento mirato, potrebbe diventare davvero indimenticabile.

Ci sono, però, alcuni aspetti da tenere in considerazione. Le strade che conducono al Podere, come già segnalato da altri ospiti, sono piuttosto dissestate: si percorrono senza problemi con un’utilitaria, ma possono scoraggiare chi ha intenzione di esplorare i dintorni. Inoltre, i bagni meriterebbero una ristrutturazione completa: sono funzionali, ma datati, e la pulizia complessivamente potrebbe essere più accurata.

Nette Eigentümer, Frühstück, bequeme Betten

Leider ließ die Sauberkeit unseres Apartments sehr zu wünschen, vor allem im Bad und in der Küche. Sehr abenteuerlicher Weg zur Unterkunft, sehr enge Schotterpiste.

The most beautfiul view, it felt like a dream. The houses the pool everything. The highlight of our stay was for sure the most delicious breakfast served with the perfect view, it truly felt like living in a fairytale. The hosts were very very friendly and kind, they helped us to plan in the most effiecient way our trip to the other villages.

The location is kinda hard to reach, there are two routes to the house, the first one we took was the one showed by maps and it was very steep and dangerous, so I would suggest to talk to the host before to tell you exactly what the other road is, its still unpaved, gravel road, bt not as dangerous and steep as the one maps shows you. Unfortunately we were expecting to receive at least 2 towels per person as normal, but we only received one and it was pretty uncomfortable to use the same towel for face and body, specifically if you do not carry towels with you in your luggage. I would suggest to add at least one more towel, and it would be also helpful to give some shower gel, soap for washing hands was also missing…

We had a wonderful stay at Podere La Ciabatta. The location was perfect – it truly felt like we were in the heart of Tuscany. The breakfast was fantastic, with fresh and delicious options every morning. Francesco was incredibly kind and welcoming, which made our experience even more special. It was also a great strategic base to explore the charming villages of Tuscany.

While our stay at Podere La Ciabatta had many highlights, there were a few aspects that could be improved. The strict check-in limit until 7pm was a bit inconvenient, especially for those arriving from abroad. Our room didn’t quite match the photos, and the bathroom was disappointing — there were no toiletries provided, not even hand soap, which was a real issue and not mentioned anywhere beforehand. I received several messages confirming the check-in time, but none warning about the lack of basic bathroom products. Another detail we didn’t enjoy was the breakfast table assignment system — each room had a fixed table, and the best table was reserved for a longer stay but remained empty every morning since we had breakfast earlier. Also, breakfast was fantastic, but only available from 8:45am onwards, which is a bit late for guests planning early starts. Still, the overall atmosphere, the location and the kindness of Francesco made the stay memorable.
