The place is very good and very clean. The service and staff are very good, especially Mrs. Angela from the cafe canteen, an excellent, charming person.

The hotel's televisions could be smart TVs in the 21st century, they still use flat screen TVs, it's incredible.

Nice staff . Nice room and good bar. I used the gym everyday which was clean and functional

The room could have been cleaner in the nooks and crannies. I would also say that the bathroom is a little tired.

"Overall - a good stay"

All good. Loved the pillows! Very convenient if you are seeing a show at Merriweather Post Pavillon.

Breakfast was not the quality I expected for the price. Bagels were stale. Sausage was of an unusual consistency - were they microwaved? I can't speak for the items I did not try. Service was very friendly and quick to bring coffee, juice.

Unfortunately the only thing I had to say was I booked for a king room and when I arrived for check in I was told that they overbooked king beds and asked if I would be okay with having two queens instead. I was fine with that but just disappointed that I wasn’t able to get the room I originally booked.
