good location. Very quiet

Having booked via booking .com breakfast was included in the room rate , the owner Laura had messaged across to me this was an error and breakfast was unavailable that weekend, but I did not receive the message until after it was too late to cancel and rebook somewhere with breakfast. I would not have booked if I was aware there was no breakfast that weekend. She has since called to explain there was miscommunication and apologized.
