Quinta do Passo

Nous y avons passé une semaine en juillet. Cet établissement a tout le confort nécessaire, nous y étions comme chez nous. Aucun problème de parking et super bien situé pour visiter toute l’île. Beaucoup plus tranquille qu’à la capitale. Nous avons adoré et nous vous le recommandons sans hésiter!

We enjoyed our stay at Quinta do Passo. The amenities were great. The apartment was very clean and well-furnished and had very comfortable and welcoming decor. The patios and the pool were also great. It felt like being in a private oasis. The woman who did the cleaning was very pleasant and welcoming! The host was easy to reach and responded to questions immediately.

Everything is amazing about Quinta do Passo: central location on the island with easy in and out, spacious and clean, beautiful surroundings with pool, outdoor shower and plenty of outdoor seating, villas are fully stocked for all your needs and many markets, cafes, and restaurants within 5 min of walking, plenty of towels for bath and pool/ beaches/ thermal trips… I could literally go on and on.

Not a single negative thing to say!

This place was great for our family of 5. It was a perfect base to see the island from and to relax at the end of the day. The pool was great and it within walking distance of many shops and restaurants.

very nice setting (both in and outside including very nice pool/garden area). very bright thanks to big windows/sliding doors. very quiet area albeit still close to everything that mattered.

The property was modern, clean and bright. Great location literally only a few meters from the Main Street but extremely quiet neighbourhood. There’s a large supermarket a short distance away which stocks pretty much everything ( note: they don’t have fresh milk anywhere in the Azores but UHT is a great alternative).The property is perfectly located approximately midway on the north coast to explore the rest of the Island. The weather in the Azores can be unpredictable and is prone to rain showers (sometimes heavy) so check spotazores webcams as it can brilliantly sunny elsewhere and most places are a relatively short drive (and the roads are very good). Best to make plans on the day after checking the webcams for the weather. The scenery is stunning with Hydrangeas and alliums growing along the roads. Found Santa Barbara beach to be perfect, but as in the rest of the Island pay attention to the sea conditions- most of all enjoy, you won’t be disappointed!

This property is right in the heart of Ribeira Grande, and it is stunning! We loved that we were able to swing by the market and make our breakfasts back at the villa. This was a great central location for exploring the whole island.

What a beautiful place in the heart of the village of Ribeira Grande. Plenty of cafes and restaurants in walking distance and the beautiful beach too.

Shared bathroom between 2 bedrooms can get tricky. But once you decide who goes first it's fine 😁

Everything was clean and comfortable. Quite location, secluded private space. We did a lot of hiking, would be nice to have a washing machine, but, on the other hand - the hosts told us there is a washing machine 3 min away.
