"Schöne Suite, steigerungsfähiges Frühstück"

Sehr großzügige Suite. Das Personal war freundlich und hilfsbereit. Am meisten beeindruckt natürlich das beheizte und beleuchtete WC ;-). Nach Puerto Banus läuft man ungefähr 15 Minuten. In der Anlage war es sehr ruhig und es war nur eine weitere Suite belegt. Für den Pool war es noch zu kalt.

Das Frühstückskonzept ist nicht durchdacht. Man gibt den Tag vorher auf welche Dinge man von der Karte möchte und legt eine Uhrzeit fest. Das Frühstück wird mit 40,-€ angegeben. Zum einen klappt es nicht mit der Uhrzeit, die Portionen sind sehr überschaubar und Marmelade dann in Plastikbehältern zu servieren passt gar nicht. Wurst oder Käse gibt es nicht, das Brot war trocken. Dazu gab es noch einen Teller mit kleingeschnittenen Obst. Der Wareneinsatz betrug deutlich unter 10,-€. Das Frühstück passt nicht zu dem Rest der Suite.

"Onvriendelijkheid, en misleidende fotos op website"

Ruime suite en gemakkelijk parkeren, vriendelijke poetsvrouwen

De fotos op de website komen niet overeen met de realiteit voor de suites met dompelbad. Hygiene: terras en zwembad wordt niet dagelijks schoongemaakt. Onvriendelijkheid bij receptie, zowel bij check in als check out. Koffie apparaat werkt niet op kamer. Wel parasolvoet aanwezig, geen parasol. Ook bij gemeenschappelijk zwembad geen enkele parasol die werkte. Veel mieren en wespen op terras. Kraan bleef lopen eerste avond. Geen hulp met bagage. Kortom prijs/kwaliteit verhouding klopt niet.
