We only stayed there for one day and were very sad to leave. Beautiful accommodation with breathtaking surroundings and views. Our room left nothing to be desired, great soundscape by the sea, perfect facilities and the most comfortable bed in all of New Zealand. The hosts Sandra and Doc are very hospitable and the most friendly people you could wish for. We hope to come back one day. Thanks a lot for everything.

It was an amazing experience in the Bay House. Sandra and her partner are extremely warm and friendly. The accommodation was great. The bed was comfortable and the facilities are clean and modern. The breakfast was so nice and well prepared! Thank you!

"Lap of luxury in a stunning location"

Absolutely beautiful accommodation, the attention to detail was incredible. The hosts Sandra and Doc couldn’t have been more welcoming. The included breakfast was just lovely with everything you could possibly want, including great coffee. We had the pizza delivered to our room on the first night, which was delicious with an unexpected huge salad which was so appreciated. Highly recommended.

A great breakfast in a stunning location.The food was great and the coffee superb. Doc and Sandra were wonderful.

Well I didn’t see a penguin! No seriously there is nothing to dislike about this property or the hosts.
