"Shuttle service was very good"

Needed more fruit

I had requested 2 king rooms and 2 double rooms! They had no king rooms! I’m not sure why I was charged more for the rooms after leaving! Staff found us 1 king but of course wasn’t close to the other rooms.

Location

Someone is not attending to the details. Broken button on elevator (not a huge deal but staff reported it as having been that way for a while) Water dispenser at breakfast buffet inop. Toilet paper roll holder dislodged in room 518 Couch leg in lobby broken (but to someone’s credit, it had been removed by the time we checked out. Again: the hotel staff themselves were at or above standard. Shuttle drivers Fred and Pen were professional as well

"It was good and convenient didn’t like the fact that they make us pay for parking when we are guest there"

"Very clean and the staff is friendly and free shuttle to the airport hussle free"

Closed to airport and to the harbor

No restaurant near by but it is ok is not mandatory anyway .
