Ontbijt viel tegen, geen kaas of worst. Geen luxe broodjes. Hotel heeft betaling van de totale prijs 980 euro op VISA 2x uitgevoerd,1 staat in reservering nog steeds, moet wachten tot december, om het te laten verdwijnen. Na uitchecken in de ochtend heeft het hotel snachts nogmaals 1 dollar afgeschreven ??? Waar is dat voor??? ⁰

The shuttle service to the airport doesn’t start until 5. I have to take a taxi to the airport.

Ottimo hotel molto vicino all'aeroporto, molto silenzioso e vicino anche alla fermata dell'autobus. Molto pulito e colazione buona anche per gli italiani.

Mi aspettavo almeno una bottiglia d'acqua in camera.

Accessible to to airport, restaurants ang scenic views of the waterways. Staff were accommodating. I like the availability of free airport shuttle

There was not enough water to hydrate, key for travelers

The room was clean, spacious and quiet, and the AC worked well and was not too noisy. Other than difficulty with getting a ride to the airport on the shuttle, the staff was very responsive and pleasant. I like the location because it’s within walking distance of the Liberty Station area and the airport.

Shuttle service was definitely a weak point. When I was checking in, the front desk staff was trying to help someone frustrated by waiting for the shuttle for an extended period of time. I tried to sign up for the shuttle to take me to the airport the next morning and was told there was no availability left on the 9 AM shuttle so I ended up walking instead. It’s quite close to the airport so hard to believe the shuttle takes 30 minutes each time it goes there, but staff was insistent that since the 9 AM shuttle was already filled (when I asked at 3 pm on Friday as I checked in), the only other options were 8:30 AM or 9:30 AM. It was disappointing but easier to walk than to risk missing my flight or being there an extra hour early. If it’s any consolation, I have stayed at the Hampton Inn across the parking lot and also had trouble getting them to do a pickup at the airport, though at least I was able to easily catch the shuttle back to the airport when I stayed at the Hampton.
