La ubicación, la habitación grande y las camas bastante cómodas,

Las colas para hacer el check in, te piden hacerlo antes de llegar porque hay máquinas en el hotel que te registran rápido y cuando llegas de las 14 que hay solo funciona una, casi dos horas para poder hacer el check in

"Room was great, checkin was horrible!"

Checkin was horrible. Three employees were doing the check in and there was many vacant windows and it was a 45 minute wait standing up. The employees moved so slow. Everyone in line was upset and complaining. For this reason, I will not stay at your hotel again. I also despise the resort fee as just a way for the hotel to get more money out of us. Terrible trick!

They did a great job with the renovation of The Flamingo Hotel. The rooms were nice and clean and the tower view of the pool and Highroller was great! Nice restaurants, bars and cafés. Above all, this hotel is conveniently located.

Loved the tower room view and restaurants/cafes. Location is on point !
